- School attended
- Medical, such as allergies and other essential details
- SEND/Disability
- Behavioural
- Eligibility for benefits, such as Free School Meals
- Bank details, if you pay for sessions
- Photo consent
- Emergency contact details
- Gender and ethnicity
Why we collect and hold your information
To deliver an effective holiday activity programme that meets the Department for Education (DfE) requirements.
We need it to -
- Keep you informed about relevant programme information
- Book your child on a session
- Confirm that your child is eligible for the programme
- Make sure your child's needs are met and that they are safeguarded during any session
- Gather feedback to know how effective the sessions are and improve future services
Sharing your personal data
Who we may share it with
- Eequ.org, the provider of the Healthy Holidays Hull booking system, who act as our Data Processor
- Activity providers that deliver the sessions, managed by Hull City Council
- The DfE, only statistical information that cannot identify a person
Who we will not share it with
- External organisations. Note: Unless you have given explicit consent or we are permitted to do so by law
- Third parties for unrelated purposes
