Here you can find out information, ideas and support around food preparation, distribution and nutritional education.

All providers on the Healthy Holidays Hull Programme must ensure that staff involved in the preparation and distribution of food hold a minimum of Level 2 Food Hygiene (need to provide a link to a recognised qualification) and have completed the Food Standards Agency Allergy and Intolerance Training.

It is important that all providers are adhering to Health and Safety guidelines around the preparation, storage and distribution of food at all their activities.

A food hygiene daily check list has been created for all providers to use to ensure they are keeping a record of storage facilities, handwashing and allergen management.
