The application process has been revised to make it easier for those currently on the Healthy Holidays Provider Register to apply for funding programme delivery.

The application is made up of one document for all providers to complete, which has 3 sections -

  1. Programme Overview - this asks for all the information regarding your programme. Please ensure you complete this fully and in detail, as this gives the overview of your programme and the information the Healthy Holidays Team requires to assess your application
  2. Project Costing - here you need to give all the costs associated with your programme. For each cost, give a breakdown so that, for staffing, detail the hourly rate, number of hours and number of days, so the team can see how you got to the total figure. This needs to be done for all costings listed. Please refer to the guidance notes to see what is eligible to be funded
  3. Programme Mapping - include all the details of your sessions. This will be added to our city-wide master mapping document, so please complete fully and in detail

All applications need to be submitted by the date for the next programme to be confirmed.

Any applications received after the deadline will be considered only after all other applications have been reviewed and if any budget remains available.

Please also find the updated Guidance Document for the application process below. Please read this document before completing your application.

As mentioned in the guidance document, any applications that come in over the maximum amount will be returned.

If your organisation wishes to deliver more than one project, it must target a different group/demographic, and you must have also had a conversation with the HAF team before applying, even if you have applied for multiple projects previously.
