Applications Documents Summer & Winter Programme 2025
The application process has been updated to make it easier for those currently on the Healthy Holidays Provider Register to apply for funding for the Summer and Winter 2025 Programme.
There are three documents for Providers to complete:
Grant Application Form - Summer and Winter 2025
Project Coat Plan and Mapping - Summer and Winter 2025
Risk Assessment for Trips
All applications need to be submitted by 12noon on Wednesday 23rd April 2025.

As mentioned in the guidance document any applications that come in over the maximum amount, will be returned. T
If your organsiaiton wishes to deliver more than one project, it must target a different group/demographic, and you must have also had a conversation with the HAF team prior to applying.
